Thursdays, 6pm: Intermediate/Advanced Private Practice Yoga at the Old Firehall in Nakusp - There is no instruction. All are welcome, although you should have enough foundational understanding to practice without guidance. By donation; $5-10 suggested to help cover the cost of the studio rental; no one turned away for lack of funds. Most Thursdays - see schedule below.

Practice is cancelled when I (Raye) am away for Osteopathy classes, unless someone else would like to host. If you would like to volunteer to host on a date that would otherwise be cancelled, please reach me at 778-206-2495.
