By donation: Yoga Personal Practice Hour at The Old Firehall studio in Nakusp

Instructor is always present for safety, but there is no instruction - we're gathering to enjoy our personal practices, to sink into our own individual needs, and to find a sense of community without obligation.
$5-10 donation is suggested to help cover the cost of studio rental, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
When? Most Thursdays at 6pm. I am away once a month for Osteo school, so unless someone else would like to host those days, there will always be a week that is cancelled each month.

Purchase 5 or 10 sessions at a time for a discount. A treatment pack may be shared with a spouse or family member. Sessions may be used for massage, yoga, or both. Treatment packs are intended for individual 1-on-1 yoga sessions.
