Massage
A massage treatment that is tailored to your individual needs and wellness goals. Usually a blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue, fascial work, joint mobilizations, and sports massage techniques.
Yoga
A personalized yoga session that is designed for your own body and mind, working with any limitations and/or goals that you might have. Individuals, couples, and group sessions available.
When one treatment isn't enough - treatment packs available in packs of 5 or 10, at a discount. This is great for those looking to target a dysfunction over a longer period of time, or for general maintenance.
